For more than 50 years Santiano s.r.l has been manufacturing complete cycle heat injection moulding machinery. The production process (from raw material to finished product) is in fact fully conducted within our premises, including the heat treatment (excluding nitriding).
The important collaboration with BÖHLER, who certifies our treatment facilities has allowed us to make important improvements to the performance of our products.
Brake pad moulding
The technical office designs the moulds and the equipment for brake pad moulding, starting from the client’s design of the pad, simulating the moulding phase with software and successfully completing the production process. Starting from the raw material warehouse, the client receives the components in the shipment stage without leaving our factory, thus the production process can be fast and constantly controlled.
Bearing ring rolling equipment
We produce the equipment required to make the bearing rings through the rolling process, starting from the client’s design.
